Firstly, congratulations! We’re honoured you’re such a Lounge Legend. Upon completion, pop your passport in an envelope and send it to us, and we’ll do what any decent passport office would: snip the corner off and send you a new one (plus a few other special treats).

Our passport is designed to get you to explore more of what Lounge has to offer, so each Lounge has its own personalised sticker, and only unique stickers count towards your reward goals. When checking for rewards, a staff member will check to see if each sticker is unique before distributing rewards.

When you reach a reward tier, you can redeem this reward anytime. So you can continue collecting stickers past the reward, but return at a different time to claim the reward. Once the reward has been signed off as used, it cannot be redeemed again.

Once you have your passport, take a trip to your local Lounge and make a purchase at the bar. You can then present your passport for a sticker. Stickers are limited to one per transaction, per visit. Once you have collected enough unique stickers to reach a tier, a staff member will sign this off and sort your rewards.

We want our higher-tier rewards to feel special, so we’re keeping them secret until you reach them. Rest assured, they are reflective of the hard work you’ll have put into collecting each unique sticker!

Our passport costs just £3 to purchase, but 100% of this cost goes straight to local charities that your Lounge supports.
