Your New Menu Is Finally Here

We’re so happy to launch our brand new menu, perfect for cosy evenings in your favourite Lounge. From revamped toastie ranges and tapas selections to delicious new brunch and burger items, there’s something new for all tastes.
Take a look at some of our new choices below, or just pop into your local Lounge to try them for yourself!



New Brunch Bites
We’ve travelled the globe to add some fresh new flavours to our brunch menu. First up is our Korean Seoul Bowl, a delicious mix of poached eggs with Korean butter beans, served on toasted sourdough. We’re also introducing a Sunshine Brunch, a hearty meal of sweet potato fritters, kasundi spiced chutney, mint yoghurt and poached eggs.
And don’t worry, all our classics remain just the way they are, including the Lounge Breakfast, Pancake Stack, butties, Breakfast Muffins, Lounge Eggs and Shakshuka!
Toastie With The Mostie
Paninis are a thing of the past, meet our toasties! Our Brisket Birria Toastie is smothered with mature cheddar and full of spicy brisket, while we’ve also got a Grilled Cheese Toastie, Cheese & Bacon Toastie and Tuna Melt Toastie to enjoy. All of them are made with sourdough and topped with aged Italian cheese.
And remember, you can enjoy our sandwiches in our Lunchtime Deal. Get a mug of soup and half a Grilled Cheese Toastie for a sweet price Monday-Friday, midday to 5pm.



Noodles & Buns
Say hello to Dan Dan Noodles. Noodles, pak choi, sugar snap peas and dan dan sauce – need we say more? Yes, just a tiny bit more to mention, you can have them with Chinese pork belly, sweet chilli fried chicken or crispy cauliflower & soy mushrooms.
We’ve also introduced some finger-licking new tapas options. We’ve got bouncy Bao Buns, full of either pork belly or mushrooms. Also new is our Queso Fundido, a Mexican-spiced cheese fondue served with tortilla chips, and Bombay Fried Cauliflower with curry mayo and kasundi mango chutney.




Burger Time
We’ve got some bangin’ new burgers for our new menu! First up is the Bombay Fried Chicken Burger, made using our crispy buttermilk fried chicken, complete with kasundi mango chutney, mature cheddar and curry mayo. If you prefer beef, welcome back the Diablo Smash Burger – smashed patties, jalapeno & chorizo jam, chorizo, and chipotle mayo.
For our vegetarian and vegan pals, we’re still serving the Halloumi Burger (with a new panko coating) and our Beyond Meat Cheeseburger with vegan smoked Applewood and roasted garlic mayo.
Puds!
The mighty Tiramichoux was such a success in our last menu, we’ve brought it back with a twist. Meet the Biscoff Banoffee Choux, chock full of whipped cream, caramel and banana, then topped with Lotus Biscoff sauce. We’ve also got a delicious Berry Cheesecake on offer, served with a berry compote and white chocolate.
As well as this, we’ve got all your Lounge classics – Cookie Dough & Ice Cream, Warm Chocolate Brownie and Churros!
