Royal Mail Delays: We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, but we’re currently seeing Royal Mail Delays of up to 4 days for 1st Class & up to 7 days for 2nd Class delivery. We advise you to order 1st Class where possible for delivery before Christmas.

A Lounge Gift Voucher is ideal for birthdays, congratulations, thank yous and more. Our gift vouchers can be used at any Lounge and don’t have to be redeemed at once.
If you’ve received a gift card, we recommend you register it to allow you to receive notifications of remaining balances and expiry dates.
You can also pick up a gift voucher at any Lounge, so if you don’t want to wait for postage, feel free to drop by anytime to grab one!
Our purchased gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
Ordering For Christmas?
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, please note the following final order dates:
- 2nd Class Postage: Monday 15th December
- 1st Class Postage: Thursday 18th December
- Special Delivery Postage: Sunday 21st December
We will continue to dispatch all orders on the next working day, but with Royal Mail delays, we advise you to order 1st Class where possible. We strongly recommend using the Signed For postage options at this time of year for oversight on the delivery.
Please Note: standard signed for services do not provide real-time tracking – only confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery. Non-signed for orders have no delivery status.
