Spring has sprung, and that means we’ve got a brand new menu here at Lounge, perfect for brunch on a spring day and a few cocktails on a summer evening.

We’re so happy to launch our brand new menu as of 19th March 2026. From brand new mezze bowls and revamped flatbreads to cooling cocktails and new tapas treats, there’s something new for everyone to enjoy.

And as always, many of our dishes are available as gluten-free and vegan options. Please visit our web menus to access allergen menus.

Sun’s Out, (Burger) Buns Out

We’re feeling the summer heat on our new menu, with a sizzling Hot Honey Fried Chicken Burger, featuring streaky bacon, mature cheddar, ranch dressing and for the heat – chipotle mayo, hot honey and jalapeños!

And if you’re more of a beef over chicken burger kinda person, our Diablo Smash Burger is still on the menu, with two smashed patties, jalapeño and chorizo jam, chorizo and caramelised onions.

For those who want a burger without the heat, we’re also serving up a revamped Halloumi Burger as well as all our classic Lounge Burger, Bacon Cheese Smash Burger, Chicken Bacon & Avocado Burger and the Vegan Classic Cheeseburger.

Brunch with a punch

Flavours From Down under

Those Aussies sure know something about high temps, so we took some inspiration from them with our Byron Bay Brunch. It’s a proper tasty bowl full of poached eggs, guac, green chilli, hot honey and sweetcorn fritters!

And if you fancy something more traditional, our Lounge Breakfasts and Lounge Eggs are always available, made with free-range eggs and plenty of flavour. For a light bite, we’ve also got our Breakfast Muffins and Butties made with quality sausage and bacon

Rounding up brunch, we’ve got our Smashed Avocado Brunch, Shakshuka and our triple-stacked Buttermilk Pancakes! Oh, and if you fancy making it boozy, add a brand-new Bloody Mary, a perfect match for brunch!

A-mezze-ing Bowls

If you fancy a proper bowl of goodness, grab one of our brand new Mezze Bowls! Hearty bowls full of golden giant couscous, sesame hummus, ezme tomato salsa, green chilli sauce and finished with either Chicken Shawarma, Lamb Kofte, Grilled Halloumi and Falafel.

We’ve also added a proper nice Panang Curry to our mains. Choose from Roasted Sweet Potato, Thai-Marinated Chicken or Shredded Duck, mixed in a spicy aromatic coconut Thai curry with coriander rice.

And returning from our last menu are fan favourites such as Birria Tacos, Dan Dan Noodles, Nasi Goreng and Louisiana Fried Chicken. Proper yummy!

Satisfy your sweet tooth

Cheesecakey Goodness

If you’re after something sweet to enjoy, we’ve added a brand new cheesecake for the sunny season! Our Mango & Passion Fruit Cheesecake is the perfect choice for hot weather, made with home-made cheesecake and topped with a mango & passion fruit compote.

And our Banana Biscoff™ Choux from our last menu is so popular, we’ve just decided to keep it! If you need a reminder, it’s a giant profiterole, filled with caramel, banana, whipped cream and Lotus Biscoff™ sauce.

Also available are our fan favourite desserts – baked Cookie Dough & Ice Cream, Warm Chocolate Brownie and Churros with salted caramel dipping sauces!

With the sun starting to shine, we’ve got brand new cocktails to match the weather, perfect for a few rounds on a long, summer day!

Introducing the Raspberry & Vanilla Martini. With Montzi Raspberry, vanilla, pineapple juice and raspberry puree, it’s got a sweet and tart flavour perfect for the season. Pair it with our classic Passion Fruit Martini for a flavourful, fruity combo!

We’re also introducing the crisp White Orchid, packed with El Jimador Tequila, lychee, elderflower and a fresh apple finish. This cocktail was designed by Conor at Otto Lounge, who won our most recent Cocktail Bust Off!

And remember, with Lounge Cocktail Club, you can get two of the same cocktail for a great price, every day after five!

Mad for matcha

Our matcha has gone down a treat since we added it back to the menu, so we’ve gone one step further with an Iced Blueberry Matcha Latte to go along with our delicious Iced Chai, Salted Caramel and French Vanilla Lattes.

If you’re not in a caffeine mood, we’ve got plenty of tasty summery sips, from Lychee & Blueberry Bubble Tea and Double Chocolate Oreo Milkshakes to Green, Pink & Yellow Smoothies.

We’ve also got our delicious Homemade Drinks – choose from a crisp Elderflower Cooler, sweet Pink Lemonade or punchy Tropical Dream.

Spritzes, Classics or Twists?

As well as new brews, we have all your old favourites! Spring and summer are always spritz weather, which is why you can choose from Aperol, Passion Fruit, Elderflower or Strawberry & Limoncello Spritzes – or maybe one of each for the table to try?

We’ve also got all the classics, including Long Island Iced Tea, Lounge on the Beach, Espresso Martini and Piña Colada, as well as Margaritas and Mojitos your way, with a ton of great flavours.

Many of our cocktails can also be made non-alcoholic, so you can join in the flavourful fun without the headache in the morning.
