Twice a year, we invite our Loungers to contribute to our new drinks menu with our Cocktail Bust Off, a competition where any member of staff can design a cocktail.

For our Autumn/Winter 2025 menu, we partnered with Mount Gay Rum to create a tipple perfect for the colder weather.

After beating off competition, Maisie from Granello Lounge was crowned the winner with her Caramel Chai-Tini. It has all the cosiness of a chai, with the chic-ness of a martini!

For winning, Maisie will be jetting off to Barbados on an all-expense trip courtesy of Mount Gay!
