Rollo Lounge

Rollo Lounge is your home-from-home in Halifax, serving delicious food and drinks from morning ‘til night. We’re here to bring people together, and our atmosphere evolves throughout the day as new faces arrive. We’re proud of our Lounge and the community around it, with one simple aim: to make sure everyone leaves with a smile.

Our menu caters for all tastes, including dedicated gluten-free and vegan choices. You’ll also find board games for all ages, toys to keep little ones busy, and even treats for our four-legged friends. Whoever you are and whatever you’re here for, we’ll make sure you feel looked after.

And Rollo Lounge holds the honour of being our 275th Lounge; come in and celebrate!

Little Loungers Passport

We’ve teamed up with Cawston Press this summer to introduce the Little Loungers Summer Passport. All the fun of our regular passport, but with kid-friendly rewards and prizes!

This includes free milkshakes and desserts, as well as the chance to enter prize draws to win Merlin attraction tickets and back-to-school bundles courtesy of Frugi.

You just need to pick up your free passport in any Lounge, visit different Lounges and get stickers like in the regular passport, and collect the rewards as you go!

Rollo Lounge is a laid-back café-bar in Halifax, offering tasty food from morning to evening, seven days a week. We're proud of our Lounge and the community around it, with one simple aim: to make sure everyone leaves with a smile. Step inside, get comfy, and make yourself at home. Rollo is the Spanish for Roll, which is a component of a loom – the town is famous for weaving (The Piece Hall was opened for the purpose of selling wool). We also took inspiration from the chocolate of a similar name, invented and manufactured in Halifax!

VAT On Kid's Menus Reduced to 5%

Great British Summer Savings

As part of the UK government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, VAT charged on our Little Loungers’ menu has dropped from the usual 20% down to 5% from 25th June until 1st September 2026. Please see our web menus for our new lower prices for this summer.
