Our Lounge

Welcome to Antico Lounge, your home-from-home nestled in the heart of Alton High Street. We’re here to bring our signature Lounge style to the town, serving up delicious food and drinks all day, every day, with a vibrant atmosphere and a sense of community we work hard to maintain.

Our simple goal is to make sure every customer leaves happy, with a diverse menu with something for everyone, including dedicated menus for Little Loungers, gluten-free and vegan guests. But the fun doesn’t stop at our menus, with daily deals, regular events, doggy treats, toys for tots and board games for all ages!

You’ll always feel welcome at your Lounge, so come on in.

Little Loungers Passport

We’ve teamed up with Cawston Press this summer to introduce the Little Loungers Summer Passport. All the fun of our regular passport, but with kid-friendly rewards and prizes!

This includes free milkshakes and desserts, as well as the chance to enter prize draws to win Merlin attraction tickets and back-to-school bundles courtesy of Frugi.

You just need to pick up your free passport in any Lounge, visit different Lounges and get stickers like in the regular passport, and collect the rewards as you go!

Antico Lounge is located in the heart of Alton and is your neighbourhood cafe bar dedicated to serving great food and drink in a relaxed, eclectic setting. Antico means old in Italian, and the name Alton comes from the Old English words "al" and "ton", which mean old and town, respectively. And seeing as we can trace its origins to at least 1086, when it was recorded in the Domesday Survey as Aoltone, it certainly is an old town!

Great British Summer Savings

As part of the UK government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, VAT charged on our Little Loungers’ menu has dropped from the usual 20% down to 5% from 25th June until 1st September 2026. Please see our web menus for our new lower prices for this summer.
