Twice a year, we invite our Loungers to help shape our drinks menu through our Cocktail Bust Off, a competition where any team member can create and submit their own cocktail.

For our Spring/Summer 2026 menu, we partnered with el Jimador Tequila to craft a drink perfect for longer days and warmer evenings.

After shaking off some tough competition, Ollie from Otto Lounge was crowned the winner with his standout creation, bringing fresh summer flavours together with a vibrant tequila twist.

As part of his prize, Ollie will be heading off to Mexico on an all-expenses-paid trip, courtesy of el Jimador!
