These new mains are about to put a real splash of colour onto your plate.
After sampling some of Brixton’s finest Caribbean restaurants, we were inspired to create this coconutty Caribbean Curry, packed with a little spice and a whole lot of pineapple, sugar snap peas and red peppers, bursting with all the colours of Spring. Served with your choice of tender chicken or crispy cauliflower.
Or, dive into the rich and aromatic Asian flavours of Thai Coconut Prawn Noodles, featuring marinated prawns and fresh pak choi in a fragrant coconut broth.
Next up, a vegan Buddha Bowl, brimming with punchy Middle-Eastern inspired goodness, with roasted aubergine and smoky hummus, tenderstem broccoli, Persian grains, and a popping garlic & mint sauce. Nourishing, colourful and perfect for sunny days.
Giddy up partners and get a taste of the Wild West with the all new Cowboy Smash Burger. Two 100% British dry-aged beef patties from Dovecote Park, smashed and grilled for a caramelised finish – topped with smoky brisket, crispy onions and a fried egg – with lashings of gravy mayo and maple BBQ. Yeehaw!
The 70’s called and they want their burger back… Get stuck into a Chicken Kyiv Burger, merging two comfort-food classics with a hint of nostalgia. Featuring crispy fried chicken topped with garlic butter, bacon, cheddar and garlic mayo.
Flatbreads are fast becoming a Lounge classic, so it’s only right that they get a Spring spruce-up. Take your pick between tasty Moroccan Aubergine and Harissa Chicken. The perfect lite bite, full of lively flavours and textures.
We’ve got a fresh new take on tapas and the newbies are packing some serious flavours. Introducing Korean King Prawns, marinated in ssamjang chilli sauce for a kick, and downright-addictive new wing flavours include Sriracha & Honey and Garlic & Parmesan… napkins at the ready!
Finally, the new Aubergine Parmigiana is here, with layers of aubergine, Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Tapas Tuesdays will never be the same again.
This newcomer to the menu is a true lunchtime classic, and a favourite of our food developer Rose. The Tuna Melt Panini has a generous helping of creamy tuna mayo, Barber’s vintage cheddar, pickled cucumber and rocket. This is a perfect lunchtime treat.
Last but not least, the irresistible Banoffee Cheesecake has landed. Banana, salted caramel, whipped cream and chocolate flakes sat on top of a white chocolate & vanilla cheesecake. The only question is – one spoon or two?
