Our Lounge

Welcome to Marinero Lounge, your home-from-home with a great location right on Ipswich Marina. We serve up delicious food and drink all day, every day, right on your doorstep, with the simple goal of ensuring every customer leaves happy.

We do this through our signature blend of a vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, tasty drinks and a sense of community that you can’t match. Our menu is inclusive for all, with dedicated (and extensive) menus for Little Loungers, gluten-free and vegan guests.

Whether you’re young or old, big or small, two or four-legged (canine refreshments available), come by, and we’ll take care of you.

Home From Home

Marinero Lounge is a relaxed, café bar in the heart of Ipswich, serving great food all day, every day. Come on in to enjoy your home-from-home.

There are two reasons behind this Lounge’s name. Marinero means sailor/mariner in Spanish, but is also a nod to Paul Mariner, an Ipswich Town legend who passed away in 2021. Alex Reilley, one of our founders, is a big Ipswich Town fan, so we thought it seemed fitting!

LoungeAid is our annual fundraising initiative that takes place every June, where our teams aim to reach the highest fundraising target they can. Each Lounge nominates a local charity close to the community or a staff member.
