Our Lounge

On the corner of Ash Lane and the street, elegant Establo Lounge is in the heart of Rustington. We’re a cool, light and airy open plan space stretching across two floors with full height windows (that open up all the way) and a fantastic terrace at the front, perfect for people watching.

We pride ourselves on serving a really great range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten-free and vegan menus) in a warm, welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. All this, and the biggest gold bar you’re ever likely to see! Really!

Cheeky Mondays

Order any burger, main or salad and get a 175ml glass of house wine, pint of Cruzcampo, soft drink or a pudding on the house. Available from 5pm.

Tapas Tuesday

Enjoy three tapas and a glass of wine, a pint of Cruzcampo or a soft drink for just £14.50 from 5pm every Tuesday.

Lounge Cocktail Club

Twice as nice! Get two of the same cocktail for £13.50. Available every day, 5pm 'til close.

Lunch Deal

A mug of soup and half a Grilled Cheese Toastie for just £7.50. Available Monday – Friday, 12pm to 5pm.

At Lounge, we like to keep things laid-back. Most of the time, you can just walk in, settle down, and we'll take care of the rest. No fuss.
