Our Lounge

Desco Lounge sits proudly on the edge of the impressive Parkgate Centre in the centre of Shirley. We’re a rather handsome place (if we say so ourselves), with huge floor-to-ceiling windows fronting an amazing double-height atrium space dressed with clouds of lovely light shades. We’ve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten-free and vegan menus) served across our two light and airy floors with a great little terrace out the front.

We also are able to offer private hire on our upper floor, called The Balcony! With space for around 35 guests seated or 45 standing, it’s perfect for work functions, private parties, wedding receptions, group meetings or whatever you need!

Little Loungers Passport

We’ve teamed up with Cawston Press this summer to introduce the Little Loungers Summer Passport. All the fun of our regular passport, but with kid-friendly rewards and prizes!

This includes free milkshakes and desserts, as well as the chance to enter prize draws to win Merlin attraction tickets and back-to-school bundles courtesy of Frugi.

Great British Summer Savings

As part of the UK government’s Great British Summer Savings scheme, VAT charged on our Little Loungers’ menu has dropped from the usual 20% down to 5% from 25th June until 1st September 2026. Please see our web menus for our new lower prices for this summer.
