Ocho Lounge sits proudly on Windsor Road in the heart of Penarth. Out the front, we’ve got handsomely rich red tiles, big windows and a few tables, just perfect for watching the good people of Penarth potter by. We serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full Little Loungers, gluten-free and vegan menus) in our lovely floral-wallpapered big space that stretches across two floors inside.
And out back we’ve the best treat of all; our lovely big secret outdoor terrace with eight tables. Or should that be ocho mesas, Spanish buffs?
We take group bookings for six or more people. Simply complete the below form to make a request with our team.

Ocho’s building works were brought to an abrupt halt when asbestos was discovered. The asbestos was successfully removed (at a horrendous cost we might add) and the building was given the all-clear. As a result, however, the build was delayed by 10 weeks.
This isn’t the first site for Ocho Lounge on Windsor Road – we moved from a smaller space just across the way!
What’s in a name? We went super simple for this one, our eighth Lounge, and ocho is eight in Spanish.
