Portivo Lounge opened her doors on 5th July 2013. A beautiful red brick structure, she was built in 1894 as a corn mill in the prosperous Gloucester Docks. Restored in 2010 as part of the Gloucester Quays redevelopment, she sits proud on the main entrance. She’s no shrimp with seating for 50 downstairs, 70 upstairs and a further 40 on the sun trap outside.
Interesting fact
Portivo was probably the closest fit-out to date, with the Mayor of Gloucester walking in the front door whilst cleaners and builders were sneaking out the back!
